Dunstan Paul Rozairo is a Sri Lankan–born mechanical engineer and visionary entrepreneur based in Dubai. Since 1989, he has served as the Managing Director of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Obaid Thani Al Maktoum’s Private Office, where he has played a pivotal role in driving strategic business growth and fostering international partnerships across multiple industries. His professional journey spans over three decades of leadership in the contracting, real estate, events, legal, and travel sectors, establishing him as a bridge between Sri Lanka’s entrepreneurial talent and global business opportunities.

Beyond his corporate career, Dunstan is a passionate advocate for the sport of boxing, dedicating his energy to its growth across Asia and the Middle East. As Chairman of DJMC Events, he created the internationally acclaimed “Countdown to the Middle East Crown” series — a professional boxing platform hosted in Dubai, Sri Lanka, India, and Australia, giving regional athletes the global exposure they deserve. His commitment to sports development earned him the prestigious appointment as the WBC Cares Ambassador for the UAE in 2023, where he leads initiatives to introduce amateur boxing in schools and training academies.

Under his guidance, Sri Lanka hosted its first-ever WBC-sanctioned pro boxing show in Colombo (2022), marking a historic milestone for the nation’s boxing community. He has also spearheaded the launch of weekly amateur boxing bouts in Kochi, India, nurturing young athletes and expanding professional boxing’s reach throughout South Asia.
